Ann Forletta - Lead Partnership Manager
Ann joined the NHS in 1990, initially working in General Practice before moving into mainstream primary care. She has worked in PCTs and CCGs and led on a range of areas. They include Children’s and Young People’s Services, Social Inclusion, Long Term Conditions, Locality Development and Partnerships.
In 2012, she took a break from the NHS and rekindled her interest in social deprivation and exclusion. Between September 2013 and November 2017, Ann was Chair of Gateway Family Services - a social enterprise company based in Central Birmingham. She still sits on the Board.
In December 2014, Ann returned to the NHS to work with South Doc Services, BSC CCG and GPs to develop SDSmyhealthcare’s successful application for the Prime Minister’s Challenge Wave 2 funding. She is committed to ensuring the success of the SDSmyhealthcare Federation and its member practices. Ann works with colleagues to deliver a wide range of high quality primary and community based services, from locations and at times convenient to patients.
She has an MSc in Primary Healthcare Management (with distinction) from Warwick University.
